Returns + Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our goods, there may be slight imperfections, pattern or color variations from one product to the next. These unique differences should not be considered flaws, but an essential part of your hand-crafted item. Please note that colors may also vary slightly from those seen on your screen.
SMALL GOODS + DECOR ITEMS
Returns/Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. We normally do not accept returns and in some instances will honor an exchange. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. If your item arrives defective, please email email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue. This does not include slight imperfections that are characteristic of handmade or vintage textiles.
LARGE GOODS/FREIGHT SHIPPED ITEMS
All freight shipped items such as furniture, large rugs, art, lighting, made-to-order furnishings and large decor items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We will provide a replacement if your order arrives damaged from the delivery company. All damages must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item. If 48 hours have passed, we will no longer be able to replace the damaged item.
